Empowering Lives Through Opportunity
is a Division-funded Support Coordination Agency through the Department of Developmental Disabilities in the State of New Jersey. This agency serves all individuals that are eligible and aged 21 and above with an intellectual, developmental and/or physical disability. Our team of staff is committed, educated and experienced, as we have over 20 years in the social service industry working with individuals with disabilities in varied capacities. We serve individuals in the following counties of New Jersey, Mercer, Burlington, Gloucester, Camden, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean and our office is located in Hamilton, NJ.

Our Mission: is to empower adults with disabilities by creating opportunities for them to explore their hopes and dreams in a creative and nurturing environment.

Our Philosophy: is every individual is unique and that one approach for all is never an option. We believe that every individual has the right to choose and receive the best possible service that is available to them.

Our Goal: is to empower lives through opportunity by connecting all individuals with disabilities to all of the available resources that will best suit “who they are” and “what they are trying to achieve”.

Our Service: we specialize in Support Coordination, in fact that’s the only service we provide so our individuals will never have to worry about their needs not being a priority or a conflict of interest.

Our Practice: is to bridge the individual and their family (if applicable) to gaining access to the needed programs and State plan services available to them, as well as needed medical, social, educational and other services.
